Shipping & Delivery

We are happy to offer free UPS Ground shipping on orders of $50 or more shipped within the continental US.
 
Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days of receipt. We will notify you immediately in the unlikely circumstance that a product you ordered is unavailable or on backorder.

We use UPS to deliver orders. Several options are available depending on your shipping needs, including UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air and 3rd Day Air. Standard in-transit time is typically 2 – 5 business days, depending on location. Orders are shipped from Tucson, Arizona.

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships.

Salud Spa Bar ships to the continental US. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. For international orders or delivery outside the continental US, please contact us so that we can gladly discuss shipping options for your order.
 
Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We do not accept personal checks or Money Orders at this time.
 
Gift Wrap
 
You may designate your order as a gift at checkout, and we will remove pricing from the invoice. Gifts are wrapped in our 100% recycled brown kraft tissue paper.

Return Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your fragrance choice! If we believe that your selected blend may not be a great combination, we will contact you to discuss your order and provide recommendations or other suggestions. Don't worry, we won't let you create a "bad" or unpleasant scent! For assistance with your blending questions, please see our Scent FAQs . Customers are also welcome to call or email the store to receive blending assistance and recommendations from one of our perfumers. Scent Samples are available for you to try before you blend, if you are unsure about a scent. 

We want you to create a scent that will have people stopping you in the street to say, "you smell so good!"  If you are unhappy with your custom scent, you can return your blend and try again. We will exchange your order with a new scent.  Shipping and Handling charges are not refunded; we recommed shipping with a tracking number since Salud is not responsible for items lost or damaged upon return.

Gift Cards
 
Salud does not offer gift cards at this time.  Gift cards previously issued at our University Blvd. location are valid for one year from date of purchase.  These gift cards cannot be redeemed online; please contact us at info@saludspabar.com  if you would like to make a purchase with your valid gift card, and we will assist you offline. Salud is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards or any unauthorized card use. Unused value cannot be redeemed for cash. Free shipping does not apply.
