Order Status

For status on any order, please log into MY ACCOUNT

Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days of receipt. We will notify you immediately in the unlikely circumstance that a product you ordered is unavailable or on backorder.

We use UPS to deliver orders. Several options are available depending on your shipping needs, including UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air and 3rd Day Air. Standard in-transit time is typically 2 – 5 business days, depending on location. Orders are shipped from Tucson, Arizona.

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships.

During summer months, (June through September) Salud Spa Bar may not be able to ship some orders until the following Monday due to high temperatures that may affect your product. If you are concerned about the shipping time frame for your order, please contact us.

Salud Spa Bar ships to the continental US. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. For international orders or delivery outside the continental US, please contact us so that we can gladly discuss shipping options for your order.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We do not accept personal checks or Money Orders at this time.

Return Policy

At Salud Spa Bar, you can create your own custom scents, selecting from over 100 fragrances. Due to the customized nature of this process, we are unable to accept returns or issue exchanges on custom-scented products, unless an error was made on our part. For assistance with your blending questions, please see our Scent FAQs . Customers are also welcome to call or email the store to receive blending assistance and recommendations from one of our perfumers. Scent Samples are available for you to try before you blend, if you are unsure about a scent. 
 
However, we want you to be thrilled with your fragrance choice! If we believe that your selected blend may not be the right combination, we will contact you to discuss your order and provide recommendations or other suggestions. Don't worry, we won't let you create a "bad" or unpleasant scent!

Due to safety and sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used cosmetic and bath products. Salud Spa Bar will issue a store credit or refund for any unopened, non-custom blended product we receive back within 30 days of the purchase date. We do gladly accept returns on any clothing, accessories and non-cosmetic/beauty products.  We must receive any return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order. Any packages returned to us without prior notification and authorization will be refused and returned to sender. Shipping and Handling charges are not refunded. If you would like to request a return or exchange, please contact us.
